I first contacted MAD after being recommenced to them from a friend who had already used them. This was after 12 months of looking and 2 failed attempts to buy an eternity ring for my wife, to celebrate 20 years of marriage. I emailed and later spoke to Ben who talked me through the process and the options open to me, this included sending me pictures showing the design and the different options available.
